Research Medical Center will be sponsoring a five-week session of free aerobics classes that will begin March 30, 2004 and end May 4, 2004.
Thanks for making our free aerobics classes such a success! Over 50 people are participating in this six-week session. More classes will be offered in June! Research Medical Center Committed to Get Moving, KC! Today, there is a growing emphasis on looking good, feeling good and living longer.
